After submitting your LLC Formation Documents, and your filing fee, your State will review and then process your documents. If the State finds any issue with it, they will notify you and ask you to do certain corrections. But if there are no issues, your LLC will be approved within one to two weeks. It depends on your method of filing; if you filed online, it will be done in 1 week but by mail, it can take 2 weeks.
